Taking a second look at the photo, there is so much going on. Twooie is watching Dexter out of the corner of his eye and Dexter is studiously ignoring him, Piper wants to know when this nonsense will be over so she can chase balls, and Tweed ... well, Tweed is just being Tweed.
I think the problem is his enormous noggin.
