He really wanted to play with Piper on The Forbidden Bed

First I said "no."

But Piper said "yes."

Then she changed her mind and said "no."

So I think he was confused.

And then, after all that, he was pouty.

    Why is the bed forbidden to Dexter but not Piper? Or it Piper doing the forbidding?

    because Piper has never pooped on the bed! Therefore, she is allowed to hop up there now and then. The same paragraph cannot be said about Dexter ;-)
